🚚 SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across most major cities and towns in India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will inform you before order confirmation.
2. Shipping Time
- Each product is made-to-order or manufactured on demand.
- Standard delivery timelines are 2–5 weeks depending on the product type and location.
- Custom designs, bulk orders, or remote locations may take longer.
- You’ll receive regular updates via email or WhatsApp once your order is in production, dispatched, and out for delivery.
3. Delivery Partners
- We work with reputed national logistics providers who specialize in furniture handling to ensure safe transit.
- For select regions, Opaa Homes may use its own in-house delivery team.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charge is according to the location.
- For remote or special locations, a nominal delivery fee may apply (calculated during checkout).
- Additional handling charges may apply for upper-floor deliveries if lift access is unavailable.
5. Delivery Conditions
Products are delivered in pre-assembled or semi-assembled form depending on the model.
The customer must ensure accessibility (door width, staircase clearance, lift size) before delivery. If the product doesn’t fit due to site constraints, Opaa Homes is not responsible, and additional logistics costs may apply.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link or delivery confirmation through email or SMS.

7. Delays
We strive to meet promised timelines; however, delivery may be delayed due to:
- Unforeseen events (strikes, weather, natural calamities, transport restrictions),
Incomplete address, non-availability of the customer, or production delays.
- We’ll communicate proactively in such cases. Opaa Homes shall not be liable for consequential losses due to such delays.
🔄 RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:
Product delivered is damaged or defective,
- Product delivered is incorrect (wrong color, model, or size).
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos/videos.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Because furniture is made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, size/color preference),
- Products customized or made to specific requirements,
- Normal variations in wood, fabric, or texture (as these are natural materials).
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at info@opaahomes.in within 48 hours.
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue and order details.
- Our team will assess and schedule inspection or pickup.
Upon verification, we will either:
- Replace the defective product, or
- Offer store credit/refund (based on the situation).
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product pickup and inspection.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as store credit (if chosen).
Delivery and packaging charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Post-production or post-dispatch cancellations will not be accepted.
- For late cancellations, a restocking or production cost fee (10–20%) may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If the packaging is visibly damaged at delivery, mention it on the delivery receipt and record a video while unboxing.
- This helps us validate your claim quickly and provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Warranty Support
- All products come with a limited manufacturing warranty (usually 12 months).
- The warranty covers frame and structural integrity but excludes:
- Fabric/foam wear and tear
- Stains, misuse, improper handling, or pest damage
- Exposure to moisture or direct sunlight
