Shipping timeframes

Returns & refunds

Return window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for items that are damaged in transit or have manufacturing defects. (Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless damaged.)

How to initiate: Email info@opaahomes.in with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours with the next steps.

Resolution: For approved returns we offer replacement, repair, or refund. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after product pickup and inspection.

Exchanges: Exchanges for ready-stock items may be allowed depending on availability; custom orders are non-exchangeable.

Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery at the time of receipt. If you notice visible damage, record it with the delivery executive and email us immediately with photos.
